offers gridding and array as a part of our custom genomics
services. For this service, SeqWright will grid bacterial
culture or DNA onto 22 x 22 cm Nylon membranes. Arrays
can be made to a maximum density of 5x5 with the potential
for 57,600 clones being arrayed per filter or 28,800
double spotted clones.

SeqWright
is accepts the following sample types for custom gridding
and arraying projects: DNA, frozen bacterial stocks (384-well
plate format), transformed libraries ready to be plated,
picked and gridded into an array.
SeqWright
can also provide custom colony picking and replica plating
services to facilitate this service.
