Adenovirus

SeqWright uses the full-length shotgun approach for sequencing adenovirus. The benefits are increase speed, greater depth of coverage from sequencing multiple subclones, improved ability for detecting low level mutations, and lack of dependence on a pre-existing reference sequence. Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV)

Anyone can sequence the transgene. SeqWright can sequence the entire AAV vector construct, including the T-hairpins formed by the ITRs. We have been involved in the sequencing of dozens of novel AAV serotypes, and we have the references to back us up.
