SeqWright has been providing high-throughput cDNA sequencing services since 1998 and since that time, we have been involved in the sequencing of hundreds of unique cDNA libraries. Our relevant accomplishments include sequencing the Zebra Finch Brain Full-length cDNA Library for the Jarvis Laboratory at Duke University and the RIKEN Genomic Sciences Center in Japan. Today, we offer a comprehensive cDNA package which includes RNA isolation, library construction, sequencing, mapping and gene mutagenesis.
