Fragment Analysis/Genotyping

SeqWright offers genotypic characterization by STR (microsatellite) amplification and sizing. Pre-designed and custom assays are available. SeqWright perform all steps including DNA extraction, assay design, primer synthesis and labeling, amplification, electrophoresis, and analysis. Customers may also provide ready-to-run samples as dye-labeled pools for analysis on our instruments.
