Custom PCR & RT-PCR Cloning

Simply provide or designate a vector of choice, a reference sequence file, and your starting material (cDNA, RNA, etc.) and let SeqWright do the rest:

•	Design and synthesis of oligonucleotide primers for PCR/RT-PCR
•	Amplification of target region
•	Cloning of amplified fragment into vector of choice
•	Picking, plating, culturing and DNA prep
•	DNA sequence confirmation for selecting the correct clone
•	Midi- and maxi-preps available

Custom Subcloning Service

Subcloning is easier when someone else does it. Clients need only provide the starting template and reference sequence file. Let SeqWright's scientist complete the rest. Our subcloning strategies may include any of the following steps:

•	Restriction digest and gel purification of the target fragment
•	Insert generation via PCR
•	Custom designed synthetic insert construction (gene synthesis)
•	DNA fragment modification (linkers, tags, etc.)
•	Insert ligation into the vector of choice
