Random (Saturation) Mutagenesis Libraries
SeqWright can construct mutant libraries of specific genes through random (saturation) mutagenesis. The mutations are introduced through the use of certain DNA polymerases that are prone to errors in replication. The customer can select the frequency of the mutations and the vector for the subcloning of their products. A random selection of clones will be sequenced to verify the presence and frequency of mutations.
